WynPUF® XH-1193 is the industry standard silicone surfactant for most convention rigid polyurethane foam and shoe sole systems or footwear which is a type of foam that differs from tradition foam in that it has very small cell size and high porosity.  Our surfactants help to improve process stability and foam structure reliability, to produce the best possible shoe sole in a wide range of densities. It provides excellent flame-retardant properties in rigid foam applications and excellent cell structure in shoe sole applications. Microcellular foam has very low weight, while also having excellent thermal insulation, sound absorption and cushioning properties.
